Conference – NICE – FRANCE (Companion)

Nice is a very nice town to discover.

Did you register for the Conference and do you want to bring a Companion?
We are happy to welcome the both of you during the VCI lunches and dinners.

Based on the feedback of our Members we offer the following posibilities:

• Lunches & Dinners (incl. drinks) are included for Conference participants on Wednesday and Thursday
  Dine with your Companion at VCI during one evening and skip dinner the other evening
  This is a free option (as long as you have registered this option latest September 4th, 2024 so we can inform the hotel)
• Does your Companion likes to join all VCI Lunches  and Dinners (incl. drinks) together with you?
  The 2 Lunches and 2 Dinners can be booked for € 200,=

Do you need separate confirmations and/or want to make separate payments?
Please finish your conference registration first and then make another booking for your Companion
